Terms and Conditions for Entry

1. Entry Eligibility

Participation is open to law firms, accountancy firms, trust companies, investment consulting firms, private banks, family offices, and wealth managers, as eligible under the specified award categories. There is no cost to enter. The organisers reserve the right to determine eligibility at their sole discretion.

2. Entry Submission

Entries must be submitted by the deadline stated in the submission guidelines issued by PAM Insight. Entrants must provide all documentation and information specified in those guidelines, as detailed on the awards entry platform. Incomplete entries or entries received after the stated deadline may be disqualified at the organisers' discretion. Where an entrant wishes to enter more than one category, a separate entry must be submitted for each.

3. Accuracy of Information

By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that all information, statements, and supporting materials provided are accurate, complete, and not misleading. The organisers accept no responsibility for the accuracy of submitted content, and entrants will be solely responsible for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in their submissions.

4. Judging Criteria

Entries will be evaluated based on criteria specific to each category, as published on the awards entry platform. The judges' decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding those decisions. The judging process is managed to avoid conflicts of interest; where a conflict arises, the relevant judge will recuse themselves from that category.

5. Withdrawal of Entries

Entrants wishing to withdraw a submission after the closing date must notify the organisers in writing as soon as possible by contacting Kathryn Stokes at kstokes@paminsight.com. The organisers cannot guarantee that a withdrawal request received after the judging process has commenced will be actioned.

6. Finalists and Winners

Finalists will be notified directly by PAM Insight and announced on eprivateclient in accordance with the awards programme schedule. Winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner. Where an award is to be collected at the Gala Dinner, attendance or representation by the winning firm is required. The organisers reserve the right to withhold an award where they consider the entry to be of insufficient merit.

7. Intellectual Property

Entrants retain ownership of all materials submitted as part of their entry. By submitting an entry, entrants grant PAM Insight a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted materials — including firm name, logo, and entry content — for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes related to the awards programme, including on the eprivateclient website, social media channels, and in future awards communications.

8. Confidentiality

Supporting materials submitted as part of an entry will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties outside the judging process without the entrant's prior consent, unless required by law. For the avoidance of doubt, the publication of finalist and winner names, firm names, and award citations as part of the awards programme does not constitute a breach of this clause.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the entry process will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Such data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the awards and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the delivery of the awards programme, including judges, venue providers, and event suppliers, and in each case in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. For further information, please refer to PAM Insight's Privacy Policy.

10. Media and Photography

PAM Insight and its appointed photographers and videographers may capture images and footage at the Gala Dinner and any associated awards events. By attending, entrants and their representatives consent to such images and footage being used by PAM Insight for editorial, promotional, and marketing purposes connected to the awards programme.

11. Cancellation or Modification

The organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the awards programme, including entry criteria, categories, dates, and judging arrangements, at their absolute discretion. Where reasonably practicable, the organisers will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes to entrants.

12. Liability

The organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred as a result of participation in the awards process, including but not limited to any technical issues affecting the submission platform, loss of submitted materials, or the cancellation or postponement of the awards. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Queries

For any questions regarding award categories, eligibility, or the submission process, please contact Kathryn Stokes at kstokes@paminsight.com.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The organisers and all entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

These terms were prepared by PAM Insight Limited. They may be updated from time to time; the current version will be published on the awards entry platform
